The services includes filtering and matching contracts to your company profile, bid support through project management and bid writing assistance through to a full bid writing service.

Bid Trawler caters to various sectors, including Construction/Building, Grounds Maintenance, Facilities Management, CCTV, Recruitment, Catering, Commercial Cleaning, Tree Services, Gardening, Fire Safety, Security, IT Consulting/Software, PR & Media, Playpark Construction, Lift Maintenance, and Waste Management.

Bid Trawler does not scrape websites, instead it manually selects contracts suitable for our clients. It also offers a comprehensive end-to-end approach by not only providing hand selected contract notifications but also providing contract documentation reviews, and a full bid writing service. In addition we provide general guidance in the form of a bid library for your company, ensuring you are bid-ready and saving you even more time.

The Starter Plan is priced at £150 per month, suitable for all companies wishing to build out their bid experience and support in a modular fashion but with expert help. We also have a Partnership Plan Service plan for clients who require us to create a complete bespoke plan for their needs with a full end to end service. 

If you are on the Starter Plan then you have the choice to pay for a bid writer or do the application yourself. Any bid writing will be a standalone service for the Starter Plan and as such is required to be paid for in advance.

In our client portal, you have a vast array of services from Policy Documents written for you, to full Framework or Bid Writing services. When you join our service you have instant access to whatever you need. You can pay direct within the portal.

There are no hidden fees. The service plans are priced at a flat monthly rate, and you can cancel at any time.

We use Stripe as our payment processor no matter what plan you are on so all payment methods are accepted to initiate the portal access.

To get started, you can purchase a subscription to the Starter Plan. Click the Buy Now button and pay via our payment processor Stripe.

Our setup process is instant and you'll receive onboarding instructions to gain access to our Client Portal. Our setup is very quick and within 24 hours you'll start to receive contracts.

Our Starter Plan is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time, providing flexibility for your company.

The service plans are on a monthly basis and can be managed via your Stripe management link provided by the Client Portal. Alternatively contact Bid Trawler directly to cancel.

There is no contract agreement for the Starter Plan, however for our Partnership Plan we have a contractual agreement which outlines our terms and conditions. A copy can be obtained directly from Bid Trawler by contacting [email protected].

There is no minimum commitment period; the Starter Plan operates on a monthly basis with the option to cancel at any time.
